He married Mary Buck January 18, 1710/1 in Reading, MA.⁽¹⁾ Mary was born October 28, 1691 in Woburn, MA.⁽²⁾ See her father's family for more information. Mary⁽³⁾ was the daughter of Ephraim Buck and Sarah Brooks.

Mary died at age unknown.

Nathaniel Pike and Mary Buck had the following children:

3. Mrs. Elizabeth S. Richards, Genealogy of the Buck Family (Reading, PA: Eagle Press, 1913), p.18 records a date of Nov. 1713 for a first marriage of Ephraim Brooks' daughter Mary. This is evidently a miscopying of the date from some source, as Woburn Record of Births, Deaths, and Marriages (Woburn, 1890), p.38 records a marriage in Nov. 1737 between Samuel Bigsbee and Mary Buck, who was probably the daughter of Ephraim's son John, since the later marriages of two of John's younger daughters are recorded there.
