He married Amy Horton May 6, 1779 in Rehoboth, Bristol Co, MA. (Amy Horton is #6188.) Amy was born probably before 1762.

In the 1790 Census, Aaron was listed as a head of household with 3 boys under 16 and 3 women in Killingly, Windham Co, CT.(10)

10. Barney3 Buck (Aaron2, George1) (#4824) was born in Rehoboth, Bristol Co, MA circa 1784.(11) He has erroneously been said by some sources(12) to be a son of Joseph Buck of Killingly.

He married twice. He married Amy Sprague.(13) (Amy Sprague is #4823.) He married Ruth (Buck).(14) (Ruth (Buck) is #6165.) Ruth was born circa 1788 in Westerly, RI.(15)

In the Census of 1850, Barney was listed as a farmer and head of household with $1,200 real estate in Thompson, Windham Co, CT.(16)

12. Aaron S.4 Buck (Barney3, Aaron2, George1) (#4826) was born in Thompson, Windham Co, CT circa 1825.

He married Emiline Randall.(20) (Emiline Randall is #4827.) Emiline was born circa 1827 in Thompson, Windham Co, CT.(21)

In the Census of 1850, Aaron was listed as a head of household working as a dresser tender in Thompson, Windham Co, CT.(22)
