me I direct that said bequest be apportioned 400 pounds to his present wife Mary Ellen, 400 pounds to her daughter Mary Agnes and 200 pounds
to his son John James Allingham Jr. should they be then living. To my cousin Mary Wade of Woodstock Villas 1000 pounds and should she
predecease me this sum to be equally divided between her surviving children and I leave 500 pounds to Ignatius son of said Mary Wade. To my
cousin Ada Allingham of Eccles St 500 pounds. To my cousin Henry Allingham 1000 pounds to be invested as in the case of his brother without
further liability to pay said Henry the yearly produce without power to him to assign or anticipate and at his death the produce of said
investment to be divided equally between the present wife and children of said Henry or the survivors of them. To Rosaline Teresa daughter
of the late Edward Jas Allingham I leave 200 pounds. To my cousin Catherine Allingham of Ballyshannon 1000 pounds and to my cousin Jane
Johnston now of Belfast 500 pounds and should she predecease me said sum of 500 pounds to be equally divided between her daughters then
surviving. To Eliza wife of my cousin John Allingham of Waterford and to his son Jack I leave in trust a sum of 500 pounds to be invested by
them at discretion to pay said John the yearly produce and at his death to be divided equally between said Eliza and her said son Jack. To
Clarissa Wade of Richmond Hill, Emily Pentland of Wellington Quay, Revd Edward Quinn P.P. High St and to John James Allingham Jr above
mentioned 200 pounds each. To Eliza Sparling of Manchester and to their three daughters [interlined above: Maria, Caroline and Dulcie] 100
pounds each. To the parish priest --- for the poor 200 pounds. [page 2] To Jervis A Hospital, The Sup. Sisters of Charity --- Gardiner A.,
and Dr Spratt's Sight Refuge Cork St 100 pounds each. To the Mater Misericordia Hospital and to the Coombe Lying-in Hospital 300 pounds
each. To Nanny Nolan and Maggy Keely formerly in our employment 20 pounds each. I leave my cousin William John Fitzpatrick 100 pounds. The
foregoing legacies I believe amount to eight thousand six hundred and forty pounds. To my sister Jane I leave a sum of 1000 pounds and in
addition I leave her an annuity for her life of 200 pounds chargable on any ground or profit rents I possess and at her death said 200
pounds per an to pass to my brother should he outlive her, but otherwise I hope she will divide by will any property coming from me amongst
our relatives in the world that is to say the greater proportion thereof. The same recommendation I leave to my brother should he not have
any family and I name my brother Oweson Thomas my residuary legatee and I appoint him and my sister Jane joint executors of this my will.
